The rates are very affordable in relationship to how nice the apartment is. I chose the townhouse and it is the perfect size! Everything is very nice and clean and the staff was excellent. After looking at a ton of other rental properites, this was the only place that looked like it had been renevated or built after 1980. If you are looking for something that is nice, you really really need to consider living at the Hampton Downs townhomes of Hampton Village!
